In Spanish and Portuguese, the word “paz” translates to “peace”, while in Hebrew (פָּז) it roughly translates to “gold” or “fine gold”. But on Lanta; Paz is known as thé hotspot where flavour, creativity, and community comes together. By sourcing locally, we’re able to support the community and celebrate the rich flavours of the island.

There will be as of the moment the kitchen will be up and running. The staff is more than happy to provide tips about vegetarian/vegan go to's on the island.
